Finally, the time has come for Six Days in Fallujah to be released in a somewhat playable state, after many twists and several years. It’s not the final version of the game that is ready for release, but an early access version on Steam that includes four different missions that can be tackled either alone (no AI companions yet) or with up to three other human players.
It actually seems to be a pretty good game because, after nearly 3000 reviews on Steam, the overall rating is “Very Positive,” and players mention the intense atmosphere and procedurally generated maps, which enhance the replay value.
The game is expected to remain in early access for a little over a year, and the content roadmap includes missions set at night and different times of the day during the third quarter of this year, AI companions during the fourth quarter, and civilian scenarios as well as the first campaign mission in the first quarter of next year.
