Today, Warner Bros. finally unveiled its new Mortal Kombat game. However, the game is not titled Mortal Kombat 12 but instead marks a reboot and is named Mortal Kombat 1.
The game will still feature a deep Story mode where players will assume the roles of a wide range of classic characters such as Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Kung Lao, Kitana, Mileena, Shang Tsung, and Johnny Cage.
A beta for the game will be available towards the end of summer for those who pre-order the game for PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S. The official release date for the game is set for September 19th.
