Ecovacs Robotics is a Chinese company that manufactures various home robot gadgets, such as vacuums and air purifiers. They also have a lawn mower in their range, and now it is starting to be sold.
The Goat G1, as it is called, is said to be able to cut a lawn 2.5 times faster than other robotic mowers, and a plot of 600 square meters can be mowed in a day. It also works without a perimeter wire so you don’t have to bury one around the yard. Instead, you draw the boundary virtually in the app, and then simply place a few sticks that the mower communicates with.
The price tag reads 1599 euros.
