A few months ago, we reported on rumors that Meta was working on a game subscription service for its Quest headsets. Now they have officially unveiled the service, called Meta Quest+.
The service will cost $8 per month or $60 for a direct annual payment. There is also an option to try it for one month for $1. With this subscription, users will have access to two games or apps per month. However, contrary to the rumor, there will be no choice in the titles; two specific titles will be provided each month.
Once a user redeems a title, they will have access to it as long as they remain subscribed. If they pause their subscription and then resume, the previously redeemed games and apps will still be available.
The first games will be Pixel Ripped 1995 and Pistol Whip in July, while subscribers will get access to Walkabout Mini Golf and Mothergunship: Forge in August.
