It has now been six years since the project to remake the classic basketball film White Men Can’t Jump was launched, and now the project has been completed.
The plot of the new version of White Men Can’t Jump is the same as in the original, that is, two hustlers team up to try to win money in street basketball tournaments. In the original 1992 film, we saw Woody Harrelson as the film’s white protagonist, while Wesley Snipes played the black character. In the new version of the film, these roles have been taken over by Jack Harlow and Sinqua Walls, respectively.
The new version of White Men Can’t Jump premieres on American Hulu today. Both the old and the new versions are now available on Disney+.
