Director Francis Ford Coppola has announced that his film ‘Megalopolis’ is now completed and set to premiere in a few months. However, an exact release date has not yet been announced.
Coppola has previously described ‘Megalopolis’ as his dream project, and he has personally invested $120 million into the production of the film. ‘Megalopolis’ is described as a sci-fi drama in which Adam Driver plays the architect Caesar, who aims to rebuild New York into a utopian city following some type of disaster.
The film’s cast also includes Nathalie Emmanuel, Forest Whitaker, Jon Voight, Laurence Fishburne, Shia LeBeouf, Aubrey Plaza, Giancarlo Esposito, and Dustin Hoffman.
