Apple’s headphone company, Beats, has unveiled a pair of new over-ear headphones, marking the first new product in that category to be released in six years.
The new headphones are called “Beats Studio Pro” and are visually nearly identical to the Beats Studio 3, which was released in 2017. The new headphones are equipped with active noise cancellation (ANC) and have undergone some new internal design changes that differentiate them from the Beats Studio 3.
Users can choose to listen to the headphones wirelessly via Bluetooth or wired via USB-C. Opting for the latter also allows for lossless audio playback, making them the first Apple headphones capable of doing so.
Beats Studio Pro will be available starting July 20. MacRumours has already had the opportunity to test the Beats Studio Pro, and you can find their video review of Beats’ new headphones below.
