Gingle has announced the launch of its triple-channel DDR3 memory kits for Intel Core i7 processors. Gingle’s new RAM modules are available in 3 GB (1 GB x 3) and 6 GB (2 GB x 3) variations as well as 1600MHz and 1800MHz speeds. All variations share the same stock timings (8-8-8-24). While Gingle’s 16000MHz memory requires 1.65v, it is interesting that Gingle’s 1800MHz modules do not conform to Intel’s recommended voltage, with a 1.8v requirement. Pricing information has not yet been made public, but it is sure to follow soon.
Kingston has now launched their HyperX triple channel kits for the Core i7/X58 platform. 3GB kits will be available first, with their 6GB counterparts following shortly after. Speeds range from 1375MHz to 2000MHz with the new memory. The RAM provides full Intel XMP (Extreme Memory Profile) support, and conforms to Intel’s 1.65 volt recommendation for the Core i7 platform.
The memory will be available in the below models:
||3GB 2000MHz (CL9-9-9-27 @ 1.65v) Kit of 3 Optimized for XMP
||3GB 1866MHz (CL9-9-9-27 @ 1.65v) Kit of 3 Optimized for XMP
||3GB 1800MHz (CL9-9-9-27 @ 1.65v) Kit of 3 Optimized for XMP
||3GB 1600MHz (CL8-8-8-24 @ 1.65v) Kit of 3 Optimized for XMP
||3GB 1375MHz (CL7-7-7-20 @ 1.65v) Kit of 3 Optimized for XMP
||6GB 1333MHz (CL9-9-9 @ 1.5v) ValueRAM Kit
||3GB 1333MHz (CL9-9-9 @ 1.5v) ValueRAM Kit
||6GB 1066MHz (CL7-7-7 @ 1.5v) ValueRAM Kit
||3GB 1066MHz (CL7-7-7 @ 1.5v) ValueRAM Kit
Following in the footsteps of the rest of the memory manufacturers, G.Skill Taiwan has today released its triple channel DDR3 memory kits designed for the next generation Intel Core i7 platform. G.Skill’s offerings of DDR3 performance RAM includes 3GB and 6GB triple-channel memory kits with DDR3 1333MHz and 1600MHz for enthusiasts, overclockers, gamers, and early-adopters. The company states that the G.SKILL Triple channel kits (9-9-9-24 timings) are perfectly tuned to match the new Intel Core i7 processors and X58 Express chipset to provide optimal performance, cool operation, and reliability. The kits all feature the G.Skill NQ Series heatspreaders. Each kit is certified to be of the highest quality, compatibility, and reliability due to the comprehensive, 100% hand-tested procedure followed for all G.SKILL triple channel kits. Pricing and availability details have not yet been announced, but they will surely be available soon since the Nehalem processor release date is quickly approaching.
It’s now Patriot’s turn to release their tri-channel DDR3 memory kits for Intel’s Core i7/Intel X58 Express Chipset. 3GB and 6GB capacity kits are available featuring the award-winning Viper heat shields. All models are engineered to offer an attractive balance of speed and latency while maintaining the lower voltage requirements of the X58 platform.

The Viper series tri-channel RAM kits provide Intel’s latest XMP options for the Core i7 processors, which enable quick and easy overclocking with Intel’s X58 Express chipsets.
Shortly after the release of OCZ’s triple-channel DDR3 memory kits, Corsair has now officially announced their offerings. The DDR3 RAM, specifically designed for Intel’s next-generation Core i7 processors, will be available in six different variations with capacities of 3GB and 6GB and speeds of 1333MHz, 1600MHz, and 1866MHz. The models and their corresponding prices are listed below:
||6GB, 1866MHz DOMINATOR Kit with Airflow Fan
||3GB, 1866MHz DOMINATOR Kit with Airflow Fan
||6GB, 1600MHz DOMINATOR Kit
||3GB, 1600MHz DOMINATOR Kit
||6GB, 1333MHz Kit
||3GB, 1333MHz Kit
The Dominator kits have more advanced, finned heatsinks, while the others have standard heat spreaders. The 1866MHz models provide higher clock speeds than any of the OCZ triple-channel kits, but Corsair does not state whether or not the kits maintain the 1.65V limit above which Core i7 processors may be damaged.
Corsair’s DDR3-1333 kits are immediately available. The DDR3-1600 models will be soon released also. The DDR3-1866 kits, however, will be available shortly before the Core i7 official release, which is scheduled for November 17th.
It looks like OCZ is first out of the gate with a triple channel memory kit for the upcoming Intel Core i7 processors / Intel X58 Express Chipset motherboards. The new, hand-tested 3GB and 6GB kits are designed specifically for the new platform, and use an optimized combination for low voltage requirements, speed, and latency to deliver optimal performance. These memory modules are equipped with propriety XTC (Xtreme Thermal Convection) heatspreaders to provide effective heat dissipation. OCZ RAM also provides a lifetime Warranty and technical support. The following models are available:
- OCZ PC3-10666 Gold 3GB (3x1GB) CL9-9-9-20, 1.65V
- OCZ PC3-10666 Gold 6GB (3x2GB) CL9-9-9-20, 1.65V
